ANO'S COMMISSIONS!

I will refuse to work with people who hold bigoted views. I also do not work with people who use/buy/make money off AI art or endorse NFTs and/or cryptocurrency. I request sternly you do not interact with me if any of those apply to you.

All prices are firm. Don't try to haggle them down, this is not a yard sale.

I behold the right to cancel and refund - or refuse - a commission for any reason at any point in time.

You must be 18+ to commission me. I may refuse payment that runs through a guardian/parent.

Please look at my gallery and example pieces before commissioning me. I will draw your characters in my style. I of course follow reference sheets but if it says "Red Panda", I will draw your OC like a red panda.

I post art I create onto social medias and use them for portfolio / commission example purposes. If you don't want this, please communicate so before you get a spot on my queue.

You may repost art that was made for you so long as proper credit is given back to me.

You are allowed to make very small changes to the finished artwork. Such as editing the eye color or adding an accessoire.

You may use it for private use. Such as using it as a desktop background, avatar, etc.

Printing my art for a singular private print is fine, but a heads up would be super appreciated, so I can ensure to draw it with print in mind, so it doesn't end up blurry or pixellated when printed!

Contact me for minor changes even after the piece is done. I don't mind doing some minor edits afterwards! Fees may apply, depending on complexity.

You may not heavily edit my art. E.g. adding several or large markings, editing the linework heavily or completely color-shifting the entire artwork/design.

You may not repost my art with no credit given. "Credit to artist" is not proper credit, please link back to me.

Do not move, remove or edit my Watermark. It should stay untouched.

My art does not automatically come with commercial rights.

If you're interested in obtaining commercial rights to an artwork, discuss it with me beforehand!

Commercial rights are defined as making money off my artwork in various ways. Such as printing my artwork to sell, selling digital copies, or using it as an asset in something such as a livestream layout.

Commercial rights for my artwork starts at a 100% up-charge fee, depending on the project. For information about my designs please go here.

You may inquire privately, however the most reliable way to get a commission slot is following me on Ko-fi and VGen and keeping an eye out for openings! I will also announce them accordingly on Toyhouse, Bsky and Deviantart.

Please ensure you have a reference image ready. I don't work off of descriptions alone. Game screenshots will be handled case by case and may be declined. Things such as piccrews and Heroforge are good alternatives if you do not have a drawn reference!

Once you have gotten a slot, you will be put on my queue in my trello.

Typically, I will send a sketch for approval, then linework and then finish it up - for larger commissions I may send a flat-color WIP, etc. Painting commissions especially, since rendering takes a long time.

When commissioning a painting please be patient with the process. Paintings are not like "regular" illustrations. To give you an idea, here (link) is an early WIP of a painted icon vs. the finished product.

Payment is done via paypal invoice only.

I don't take upfront payment. I send invoices after either the sketch or linework is finished.

Invoices are due within ~24 hours. I will send out a reminder to be courteous but failure to pay within a reasonable timeframe will put you back on my queue or result in me cancelling the commission entirely.

Due to me usually not taking upfront payment, I do not do refunds unless I'm the one to cancel the commission. Unless I'm the one to cancel the commission + refund you, all transactions are final.

If I have progressed past the sketch already and I decide to refund the commission, you will only be getting 50% of the payment back.

Fees that may come up during the process (e.g. fees for changes to the sketch/linework) will be communicated about individually. Major changes will generally cost +50%-100% on top of the base price of the commission.

Complex wishes, characters, etc. may come with a fee / a higher base price.

Rush fees are a thing - if you want your piece to be completed within 2 weeks, let me know beforehand. A rush fee is a +100% up-charge from the base price we discussed. E.g. If your commission would be $40, with a rush-fee it would be $80.

Original characters. Humanoid, Anthro, Feral, Monster, and stylized Mech are all fine.

Angst, heavy topics (depends), smoking, drinking, weed, drug use.

Really mostly any species; anthros, ferals, humanoids, mythological creatures, ....

Some fan characters, if I feel comfortable drawing them.

Some gore, body horror, suggestive things, some religious themes if I feel comfortable doing so.

Tasteful nudity / Pin ups, so long as the character in question is 18+ and looks like it.

Ship art and general character interaction.

NSFW / Fetishes because a certain payment platform does not like it. Cough cough you may inquire.

Real people. Pets may be discussed.

Realism or "This other artist's style".

Military related things; for full clarity this is because every single time me or my friends drew anything to do with military outfits, even for free, it was nitpicked apart. Please commission someone who may be more fit for your needs than I am.

Some fan OCs.

Most canon characters, OC x Canon can be discussed.

Very intricate mech, or very complex armor that has to be 100% accurate.

Anything hateful; LGBT phobic, racist, sexist, bodyshaming, etc.

I do not always colorpick. For some pieces I also overlay color filters, etc. Please keep this in mind.

All prices listed are base prices and increase with complexity.

Additional characters cost +50% of the price per character.

You're always welcome to ask for more examples!

While my custom designs are custom designs, I won't work with very specific/strict descriptions. I will of course listen to my clients wishes and consider as many of them as I can but I will still use my own designing style.

Due to that, I will start charging fees or even consider cancelling custom designs if you are extremely picky with the design / WIPs. I do wish to create designs for my clients to thoroughly enjoy and I will ask for input several times, but please refrain from picking apart every aspect of it. I work with the moodboards and descriptions you have given me.

Complex design wishes will raise the prices quite drastically. Things that would count towards making something complex would be long flowing hair, large wings / multiple pairs of wings, multiple pairs of horns, a lot of accessoires, multiple layers of clothing or a lot of effects/magic in use. I take complex designs on but they come with a price tag!

Invoices will be sent once the colored sketch concept is approved.

My designs and art do not automatically come with commerical rights.

This particular section only discusses the commercial rights for designs. For artworks, please look in my regular ToS.

Commercial rights for designs is defined by using the design itself - not the artwork - I created in a way that would make money for you. For example, drawing a new artwork of the character I designed for you and mass-printing it on T-shirts to sell as merch.

Buying one of my designs and using it to sell as a pre-made Fursuit also falls within Commercial rights.

This is not about general character rights or rights to re-sell a character. Those come automatically with the design itself.

I do not allow my custom design artworks to be mass-produced, they are unobtainable for commercial rights. They aren't created for print and as such are not optimized for it.

Organic creatures. Humanoid, Furry, Anthro, Mythological creatures, Monsters.

Stylized Mech and armor.

Some closed/open species.

Bright colors, Black/white/grey + colors, Grey monochromatic designs.

Rainbows, "print patterns" (floral patterns, cloud patterns, etc.)

Space and star themed patterns/designs.

"Edgy" designs.

Things such as glass, gemstones, metals, etc.

Body horror, some gore elements.

Medieval fantasy / high fantasy or modern aesthetic/style.

Predominantly brown designs.

Nature themed designs.

Pastel colors.

It is rare I will accept Fan OC design customs, please ask beforehand! Pokemon or Digimon would be okay.

I am willing to give most things at least a try. The only hard No's are anything in the section below.

I will work somewhat with pre-made color palettes but I will always tweak them at least a little to fit my own designing style. If you want someone to stick to a specific colorpalette only, my design style may not be fit to your needs.

Custom designs that draw heavy inspiration from cultures or mythology that I know little to nothing about. Some inspiration/elements are fine as long as you have done your research!

Very specific/lengthy descriptions/wishes.

Complex mech or specific armor that must be accurate to references. I will design armor but my armor designs are more aligned with fantasy than realism.

Military outfits.

"Another artists style / a specific artstyle".

Anatomically accurate / realistic gore. I would, however currently I lack the knowledge. Visible organs are fine to a degree. Skeletons / Bones are fine.

Anything hateful or offensive. E.g. anything LGBT+ phobic, sexist, racist, insensitive, etc.
